Well, this is exciting. Two of R&B’s top talents in Janelle Monáe and Miguel connect on a new track called “PrimeTime.”
The song will appear on the songstress’ forthcoming album, The Electric Lady, due in stores September 10. She and the “Adorn” crooner create a magical love song over ambient production that has hit potential all over it.
Both singers contribute verses that are glued together by a chorus that chants, “Cause baby it’s a prime time for our love/Ain’t nobody peaking but the stars above.”
Additionally, Monáe revealed the dates for her upcoming “The Electric Lady” tour set to begin October 13 in Philadelphia. The Bad Boy signee with trek through 26 cities through November. See when she’s coming to a town near on the following page.
