Nas went all out for his 40th birthday celebration. After partying in his native New York City, the prolific MC took the festivities to Las Vegas Saturday, September 14.
Sin City was already guaranteed to be on fire that weekend because of the Mayweather vs. Canelo fight, but Nas upped the ante by throwing a lavish affair sponsored by Hennessy V.S. (for whom he’s a brand ambassador) after the bout’s close. Garbed in a a gold tux with black accouterments, the Queensbridge legend occupied Tao Nightclub.
The libations were flowing as individuals like Dave Chappelle and Busta Rhymes were attendance to pay homage to the veteran MC.
“Happy Birthday Nas” was projected on multiple screens throughout the venue, while the man of the hour cooled out in a VIP space fully stocked with Hennessy.
