Kanye West is an interesting fellow, to say the least. Within the last couple of years Yeezy has taken a very public stance against selling out as voiced in his “New Slaves” track. At a recent listening event for Pusha T, West went on an epic anti-corporate rant that might have done more hurt than good to the Chicago bred MC.

Ironically ‘Ye has been in bed with several different corporations since he was getting baby money. From luxury fashion houses to no contract mobile cell phone carriers, West has made a pretty penny over the years either collaborating with corporate America or being their promo man.

You’ll find 10 companies Kanye West has partnered up with in the past in the next couple of pages. Let us know which one made you feel in a ways the most in the comments section below.

Kanye has a very public working relationship with sneaker giant Nike. Since 2009 ‘Ye has collaborated with Nike on the Air Yeezy 1 and the Air Yeezy 2, which according Mr. West went onto to jump over the Jumpman.

Remember in 2009 when Kanye strutted his stuff with a wide grin for Pepsi and then the soda giant partnered with him to sponsor his tour? Now you do.

Kanye has been featured French luxury designer Louis Vuitton advertisements and has previously collaborated with the brand to create a sneaker called The Jasper.

When Kanye was still on his rapper come up, he was a regular fashion contributor to  Complex Magazine. He would go on to grace the cover multiple times and be guest editor for the magazine, which is owned and operated by Marc Ecko.

Add media conglomerate Viacom Networks to the mix. In 2008 Kanye West and Rhymefest worked on a show titled Alligator Boots that was originally green lighted for the Comedy Central network but it was eventually shelved. After declaring that he would never appear on MTV after getting shafted by 2007 MTV Awards, he has continued to appear on the network. He even cut a commercial with his boo thang Kim Kardashian to promote the  2012 installment of the awards show.

Did you know Kanye was once one of the faces of the LRG clothing company? He did a couple of print campaigns with a clunky Chicago belt buckle and all.

When his record label G.O.O.D. Music was originally formed, he signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Sony BMG Entertainment. While we did get some cool John Legend albums out of the deal, we did have to suffer through that entire Fonzworth Bentley era.

When the Fonzworth Bentley wealth strategy didn’t prosper as expected, Kanye moved G.O.O.D Music to Def Jam which is housed by music giant Universal Music Group. Universal holds the majority market share in music sales. #Irony.

In 2008 ‘Ye partnered with Absolut Vodka on a tongue in cheek campaign where, us the mere mortal, could become Kanye. Oh, Absolut paid for his Spring tour, too.

West also flicked it up for mobile carrier Boost Mobile’s ad campaign. We’re not sure ‘Ye would be caught dead with a chirp phone though.

BONUS: Yeezy has reportedly held down internships with the likes of Fendi and Giuseppe Zanotti. Not exactly a partnership, but definitely an ill set of experiences most fashion heads would only dream of.
