What could possibly be greater than Jimmy Fallon and his house band, the legendary Roots crew, performing the Sesame Street theme song with children’s instruments? By having the actual Sesame Street characters come through and perform along with them.
That’s what went down last night, but you can watch it below. Big Bird, the Count, Grover, Monster and the rest of the crew hold it down alongside Fallon, Black Thought, Questlove and the rest of the Hip-Hop band.
If this doesn’t make you smile, well, you’re a lost cause.
