GloRilla Arrested for Felony Drug Possession
GloRilla Arrested for Felony Drug Possession, Home Burglarized While She Was Out Of Town

Memphis rapper GloRilla was arrested for felony drug possession. But apparently, she was the victim of a home invasion—while she was out of town.
TMZ reports that Glo was pinched on Tuesday (July 22) in Forsyth County for possession of a scheduled controlled substance and possession of marijuana over one ounce. Unfortunatley for Glo, both of those charges are felonies under Georgia law.
Glo also posted bond, $22,000, and was released the same day.
How GloRilla came to be arrested seems to be the epitome of struggle.
Per TMZ:
The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office tells TMZ …Deputies responded to a burglary report on Saturday at about 1:30 AM in an Atlanta suburb … an armed occupant reportedly fired at three suspects, who fled the scene. Investigators at the scene “detected a strong odor consistent with illegal narcotics. After a search warrant was served, “a significant amount of marijuana was discovered in plain view” … Glorilla was not home during the burglary, but she was charged with two counts of felony possession. She turned herself in voluntarily on Tuesday and was later released on bond.
Bruh…
Glo’s lawyers calling to the authorities to task. “The arrest of Gloria Woods is a disturbing window into how warped law enforcement priorities have become,” Marissa Goldberg and Drew Findling of the Findling Law Firm, told TMZ: “Ms. Woods was out of town when her residence became a target for a group of home invaders who most likely knew she wasn’t there. What they didn’t know was that she had family staying with her that were traumatized by the violent entrance of this group who grabbed high value jewelry before taking off once they realized the home wasn’t vacant.”
The story is developing.
