When will the madness stop? Yesterday, the Internets got their hands on a photo (which has since been deleted) of Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young’s new look — a faux beard.
No it isn’t Bigen, the most prominent hair darkening tactic. West Coast barber to the stars JC Tha Barber says he used a product called Hair Illusion LLC that won’t “sweat or smear.” Of course, Twitter wasn’t satisfied with Swaggy P’s decision. And someone had to take the blame.
Interestingly enough, the Lakers acquired power forward Carlos Boozer — a frequent offender of hair travesties — off of wavers. Now comes the burden of being on such a high profile team. Twitter promptly slandered Boozer for “influencing” Young’s poor decision.
