Just because a person makes a lot of money, doesn’t mean they’re going to tip big. In fact, it might mean the exact opposite.
Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy tipped $0.20 on a $61.53 tab because the service was bad. As McCoy put it, “I think there is a difference between good service and bad service, and just having a bad day. There is a difference when (you) are rude and disrespectful. That’s how that went.”
Well alrighty then.

Bill Cosby
Bill Cosby doesn’t care about food service. He tipped someone $3 on a $350 bill.
The Rock
A Texas restaurant opened its doors to give Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson privacy while he enjoyed a huge steak meal. He left a 5 percent tip.
Michael Jordan
Unless you really impress him, Michael Jordan won’t be leaving behind any extra cheddar for your tip jar. His net worth is hovering at $1 billion, in case you’re wondering.
Usher
If you believe the rumors, Usher doesn’t tip at all, and is usually trying to get someone else to pick up the tab. Gotta love it.
Warren Sapp
Never mind not taking things personally–if you’re rude to Warren Sapp, expect to get stiffed in the tip department.
Mariah Carey
Mimi is a former waitress who allegedly came into an eatery after hours with her entourage, treated staff terribly, and didn’t tip. Ouch Mimi.
Allen Iverson
Don’t ask A.I. for anything additional on the bill. He won’t be paying that.
Lebron James
King James maybe gets a bad reputation no matter what he does, and that time he tipped $10 on an $800 meal (at 4:00 a.m., no less) didn’t help.
Diddy
Sean “Diddy” Combs won’t throw money away no matter how big his dinner party happens to be. Word has it that he tipped $40 on a 15-person meal that run in the four-figure range.
**Bonus
Mark Zuckerberg
The billionaire Facebook founder is notoriously frugal so don’t any waiters try and get over on him. Zuck questioned a $5 charge on his food bill at the Ritz-Cartlon Maui.
