The musical hotbed that is Atlanta is amid a movement that’s yet to truly peak. Rome Fortune, a power player in this new generation of hometown artists, keeps on pushing with his new EP Small VVorld.

Fortune’s method of waxing poetics is very similar to how a pimp kicks game. With that, listeners receive toe-tappers like “5 second RULE,” which has a bounce that could easily work in a strip club or a kickback setting. The ATLien receives some assisted from OG Maco, who’s experiencing a lot of success at the moment, as well as OVO Sound’s newest signee ILOVEMAKONNEN.

Premiered by Billboard, Fortune tells the outlet exactly what the project signifies. Stream Small VVorld after peeping the rapper’s explanation below.

Small VVorld is an ideology I have that’s obviously a common saying, but at the same time is the truest way to test if you’re on the right path of life, in my opinion,” Rome Fortune tells Billboard. “If you’re doing it right, ‘it’ being whatever you prefer to occupy your time, you will always run into powerful presences [and] entities that can push you further with that passion or take it all from you. That’s what the album cover signifies in one image.”
