Apple is moving past their recent mishaps and rolling full steam ahead with the unveiling of the iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3.
Our friends over at USA TODAY were live on the scene for Apple CEO Tim Cook’s opening and closing remarks, Craig Federighi’s detailed thesis on iOS 8 and Yosemite updates and Phil Schiller’s roundabout description of their new tablets.
Like the iPhone 6, both new Apple iPads boast relatively thinner frames, updated processing and better cameras.
As you can see from the photo above, the new iMacs are also ready to ship with their updated price tags. As for the new Apple iPads, the iPad Air 2 will sell for $499 for the 16GB, $599 for the 64GB and $699 for the 128 GB. The iPad Mini 3 will be available at $399, which is $100 less expensive than its predecessors. LTE versions of the tablets will cost about $130 more.
