Any interviewer with even a remote sense of what’s happening in the public discourse is asking people about the allegations that Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted nearly three dozen women.

And since most people were fans of The Cosby Show, everyone has something to say about it. That also includes comedian Larry Wilmore who eviscerated Cosby on a recent episode of The Nightly Show. Where did Wilmore’s remarks rank? Check out the 14 wildest responses to Bill Cosby’s allegations and decide.

Claire Huxtable took the L when she told Roger Friedman of Showbiz411, “Forget these women. What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it’s orchestrated.” Rashad later said she was misquoted, and the phrase “forget these women” has since been removed from the original story.

Jill Scott

Scott, who received an honorary Temple University degree from Cosby, was one of the first to come under fire for having Cosby’s back. In December of 2014, she tweeted, “I’m respecting a man who has done more for the image of Brown people that almost anyone EVER. From Fat Albert to the Huxtables.”

Chief Keef

Ah yes, the voice of reason. In a move that both defended Cosby and promoted his latest mixtape, Chief Keef tweeted, “Bill Cosby Was A THOT breaker not a THOT Raper! Y’all got my Mans f—ed up. On David.”

Charlamagne Tha God

In an interview with HipHopWired, the usually inflammatory Charlemagne Tha God was pretty measured until he said, “He’s damned if he do and damned if he don’t. The only thing Bill Cosby can do from this point on is to die.”

Don Lemon

In typical fashion, while suffering from an acute case of being clueless, CNN’s Don Lemon asked one of Cosby’s alleged victims why she didn’t simply bit him.

Chris Rock

Rock pretty much spoke for every Cosby Show fan in his Vulture interview by implying Cosby might be finished, saying, “I grew up on Cosby. I love Cosby, and I just hope it’s not true. It’s a weird year for comedy. We lost Robin, we lost Joan, and we kind of lost Cosby.”

Lena Dunham

She quickly apologized for it, but Girls creator Lena Dunham turned plenty of heads when she told Time Out New York, “It’s sort of like saying someone’s obsessed with the Holocaust. This is a huge issue, and it speaks to the way that we abuse power and the way that celebrity allows for injustice.”

Keshia Knight Pulliam

The woman who once played Rudy Huxtable has opted for the innocent until proven guilty stance. Earlier in January, Pulliam told NBC, “But we’re still in America, where ultimately you’re innocent until proven guilty. I wasn’t there. That’s just not the man I know. So I can’t speak to it.”

Damon Wayans

Comedian and actor Daman Wayans used humor to question the timing of the allegations. While talking to Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg, Wayans said, “Somebody said that in 1965 he walked into the dressing room at the Johnny Carson show and just popped it in her mouth. Come on! They killed Martin Luther King in ‘68. Black people didn’t rape until about the ‘90s.”

Roseanne Barr

Despite having dealt with Cosby, Barr was having none of the innocent until proven guilty talk. She told the New York Daily News, “I don’t wanna get sued or have him send anyone to beat me up, but I think it’s obvious: 13 to 1.”

Michael Che

Like Dunham, Che compared Huxtable’s allegations to historical events. But instead of the Holocaust, he used Thanksgiving and Columbus Day, which are still celebrated despite credible historical accounts of their atrocities.

Tina Fey & Amy Poehler

Keeping their word not to stray away from Bill Cosby jokes, Golden Globe Awards hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hit Cosby with a quick reference to his alleged victims claims of being drugged by joking, “Sleeping Beauty just thought she was getting coffee with Bill Cosby.”

Jay Leno

Comedian and former talk show host, Jay Leno, didn’t mince words. During an appearance at NAPTE/Content First, Leno said, “I don’t know why it’s so hard to believe women. You go to Saudi Arabia and you need two women to testify against a man. Here you need 25.”

Larry Wilmore

Wilmore kicked off the second episode of The Nightly Show in grand fashion by tackling the Cosby issue. Wilmore said, “There’s a statute of limitations on the charges but there’s not a statute of limitations on my opinion. I’m telling you the mother—–r did it.”
