Mr. Incredible was convicted of battery Tuesday (Jan. 27) for throwing Batgirl to the ground on Hollywood Blvd. last October. Muhammet Bilik, 35, was sentenced to a day in jail, plus three years probation, and community service because he can’t keep his hands to himself.
Luckily, Chewbacca broke up the scuffle, with a little help from did Freddy Krueger and Where’s Waldo. Bilik was arrested after Batgirl identified him to police, and has been officially banned from the section of Hollywood Blvd. known for heavy tourism.
“Hollywood Blvd. is famous around the globe and attracts millions of visitors every year. We must keep it safe,” City Attorney Mike Feuer said via written statement. “The characters who interact with children and family along Hollywood Blvd. have to obey the law.”
Bilik’s case is one of seven incidents where crazy costumed characters flipped out, and it’s starting to make Hollywood look bad (this shooting in front of tourists probably didn’t help either).
