Sometimes “til death do us part” turns into a less than a year. Such was the case for these celebrity pairs who thought they found true love but couldn’t stand each other long enough to complete the standard apartment lease.

The-Dream and Christina Milian – Ten Months

Christina Milian and The-Dream called it quits in July 2010 after an elaborate marriage in 2009 and the birth of their daughter five months later. While there were reports of them previously being separated, it didn’t help matters when pictures surfaced of Dream cupping his new boo’s cakes on the beach.

Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada – 41 Days

Upon allegedly finding a stash of his hidden condoms, reality stars Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada got into a fight that resulted in Ochocinco headbutting her. The former Dancing With The Stars contestant was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, and papers were drawn up after just over a month of wedded bliss.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries – 72 days

After a made for television wedding that seemed doomed from the start, NBA rotational player Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian went from opposite sides of the isle to opposite ends of the court room. After two months and change, Humphries claimed he was blindsided by the news and eventually tried to sue Kardashian for fraud.

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds – Two Weeks

Apparently Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds had a “spiritual” ceremony in Bora Bora that wasn’t technically legal. It spawned a union lasting about as long as you give an employer before chucking the deuces. If they’re to be taken at their word, they had a wedding without an actual marriage.

R. Kelly and Aaliyah – 90 Days (Allegedly)

VIBE magazine produced what was believed to be a copy of Aaliyah and R. Kelly’s 1995 marriage certificate. Aaliyah’s family denies the authenticity of the document to this day, and even if the former collaborators really did marry, the fact that Aaliyah was 15-years-old at the time would’ve nixed that union. R. Kelly allegedly kept doing R. Kelly things, which lends some credibility to this one.

Robin Givens and Mike Tyson – One Year

She caught some serious shade and endured charges of being a gold digger at the time, but in hindsight, Givens’ accusations of abuse from Mike Tyson seem believable. The ‘90s power couple barely made it from February of 1988 through February of 1989 before divorcing.

Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra – Nine Days

When the groom is rocking dresses and probably has more piercings than you do, how long do you really think the marriage is going to last? Given their respective issues outside of their careers, this 1998 marriage was probably a stand in for some therapy.

Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa – 11 Months

J-Lo has been unlucky in love with marriages and subsequent divorces from Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony. There’s also a called off engagement with Ben Affleck… as if any of that would stop you if you were in those men’s positions.

Janet Jackson and James DeBarge – 121 Days

Janet eloped with her childhood friend in the fall of 1984, but by the time January rolled around it was a wrap. Clearly the phrase “lets wait awhile” didn’t apply to getting an annulment.

Keyshawn Johnson and Jennifer Conrad – Seven Months

Former NFL wideout and ESPN analyst Keyshawn Johnson was accused of cheating on his wife within four months of their marriage. After they tied the knot in August of 2014, Jennifer Conrad was filing papers in Los Angeles Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences.

Mario Lopez and Ali Landry – 18 Days

You have to really be getting it in on the low to allegedly cheat multiple times in just over two weeks. Despite dating six years before their 2004 wedding, the former Miss Teen USA and Saved By The Bell cast member pretty much immediately called off their nuptials.

Jennifer Lopez and Cris Judd – 218 Days

After her split from Diddy, J-Lo married actor and choreographer Cris Judd in 2001 on the set of their “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” video. Judd later admitted he wasn’t about that life of constant Paparazzi chases and red carpets. Judd allegedly got broken off lovely after the split and even choreographed another J-Lo video.

No one knows exactly what doomed Robin Givens’ 1997 marriage to tennis instructor Syetozar Marinkovic, but something clearly wasn’t working for the pair to split within 24 hours.
