Cosmo Kramer – Seinfeld
Seinfeld co-creator Larry David had a bat ish crazy neighbor named Kenny Kramer who was into all kids of hair-brained schemes. Those hustles included managing a British Reggae band and inventing some form of electronic disco jewelry. As one would expect, the television version of Kramer has been embellished for laughs.
