Omar Little – The Wire
Of course Baltimore has a former stick up kid Donnie Andrews who later caught a few bodies and became addicted to that “boy boy.” Andrews eventually met David Simon, and that’s how he became a free man and the inspiration for Omar Little on The Wire.
