Hopsin is fed up with the state of Hip-Hop and he’s prepared to put his money where his mouth is.
Together with his dream team Funk Volume MC’s Dizzy Wright and Jarren Benton, the Funk Volume co-founder said he’s willing to put up $500,000 for any crew who wants to get bodied on the mic.
The announcement was made on Black Twitter’s top Music Maven, Sway Calloway’s Sirius XM show, Sway in the Morning.
Just so we’re clear, Top Dawg Entertainment, Shady Records and Slaughterhouse, Strange Music and G.O.O.D Music are all potential opponents. The likihood of that happening, however, is probably next to none. Just ask Mos Def.
