Halle Berry is batting 0 for whatever in the relationship department and her latest divorce bombshell with Olivier Martinez ensured that the losing streak is still intact.
Naturally, all sorts of widespread reporting and “gossip sources” following the announcement but some outlets were alleging that the Academy Award-winner was battered by her first husband, David Justice.
The former MLB star couldn’t sit any longer with the soil that was associated with his name and their relationship (the two were married from 1993–97) and he took to Twitter to clear the air. Indefinitely.
“Reading the latest Halle Berry Reports, it wasn’t me who hit Halle causing the ear damage. Halle has never said that I hit her,” Justice, 49, wrote. He also did the due diligence of not naming the assailant but fans took to liberty to out Wesley Snipes as the culprit.
““Yup..Me, Eric, Gabriel and Oliver were all her ‘Knight in Shining Armor’ until it ends,” he continued. “Then we all become the worst guys in history.”
Upon seeing this, Eric Benet (whose 2001–05 marriage fizzled after a sex addiction tryst) gave Justice the proverbial hi-five by tweeting, “My man David Justice is tweeting some truth ‘dis mornin’!”
Dammit, Halle.
