While he remains very much underrated, Yo Gotti is still a hustler’s hustler. He stopped by The Breakfast Club to give some updates on his latest moves.

The self proclaimed king of Memphis is back on the charts with “Down In The DM”. Now that the stage is set for a new album, Gotti looks to build his CMG brand even further.

DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God got him to discuss his new single, Angela Simmons, business ventures and more.

So we present the top 10 things we learned from The Breakfast Club Yo Gotti interview.

1. DM

“Down In The DM” was never intended to be an official single. But it caught on and here we are.

2. Hood America

Gotti recently launched his own street wear clothing brand Hood America. Thoughts?

3. Angela Simmons

He does have a crush on Angela and made it known on “Down In The DM.” He did send her a direct message but she never responded.

4. Tour Rider

The recent story about his alleged tour rider was false. The rider stated he requests shrimp but he doesn’t even eat seafood.

5. Gucci Mane

He has not spoken to Gucci since the Trap God spazzed on social media  couple of years ago.

6. The Album

The Art Of Hustle is his next album. He has made this album about six different times due to different creative spaces he has been in since he started it.

7. Tiffany’s

He was at a Tiffany’s store once and thought about changing the color of his vehicles to the signature Tiffany blue color. He changed his Bentley, and Lamborghini.

8. Prive

He also owns a restaurant called Prive in Memphis.

9. Penny 

He is neighbors with Penny Hardaway.

10. Social Media

While he admits he frequents Instagram, he’s not as social as the song would lead people to believe.
