Are Nike SB Dunks still on the essential sneakers to keep in your stash list? This collab with ubiquitous coffee slinging juggernaut Starbucks will surely spark plenty of debate over the matter.
Reports High Snobiety:
The shoe sports a canvas upper in a coffee-brown swirl pattern, immediately bringing the aroma of a piping hot, grande macchiato to mind. The instantly recognizable Starbucks color scheme is present in the green borders and outer sole that surround the white midsole and swoosh. As surprising as it may be to have a pair of sneakers inspired by coffee, it makes a natural companion for Nike SB’s “Waffle” Dunk Highs that debuted earlier this year.
No matter where you stand on SB Dunks, the chocolate brown (coffee) and green colorway is a nice combination, though. Per Modern Notoriety the kicks are “inspired” by Starbucks, so they’re probably not an official collab.
These will run you $100, and there’s a Zoom Air unit in the heel. Check out detailed pics below and on the flip.
