Young Thug is now the proud owner of a 2017 MTV Video Music Award for Best Editing, but the Atlanta rapper was totally unaware he did so.
While the Ryan Staake-directed video for Thugger’s “Wyclef Jean” doesn’t even feature the artist actually performing the track but that didn’t stop the clip from being a quick fan favorite. Thug took to Twitter to express a bit of disappointment that nobody informed him of the win.
“So no one was going to tell me that I won an award??” Young Thug said.
Thugger Nation, you have to do better than this!
