Let us start off by saying that Sanaa Lathan is one of the most beautiful women that has ever graced us with her presence. Now that we got that out of the way, fans on Twitter are going bonkers after the glamorous actress shaved her tresses bald and posted a video on her Instagram page explaining the chop.
Lathan, 45, posted the video of her newly shaven head with the caption “#NappilyEverAfter” and teasing the camera with flirty looks and saying that she, “feels so light that she could fly away.”
There’s a reason for that caption, as Lathan is set to star in an upcoming Netflix film titled Nappily Ever After alongside Ernie Hudson and Lynn Whitfield. The movie is based on a book of the same name by author Trisha R. Thomas.
Fans were naturally stunned as expected, especially since Lathan has often sported her hair in a variety of ways which helped to define her classic beauty. Take it from us, the shaved head takes nothing away from Lathan. In fact, it just gives us more face and if you’ve seen Lathan, you’re not going to be upset about that.
