After writing “Groundhog Days” in response to J. Cole’s “False Prophets,” Wale says J. Cole told him “Bro, that sh*t is so dope!” Wale says that though he didn’t take “False Prophets” to heart, the one thing that bothered him was some of the material Cole used on that record came from personal conversations. Other than that though they’re still cool.
