Before hitting the stage with Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj was spotted at the 2011 Billboard awards donning a pink and blonde wig and a blue catsuit.
The Young Money mistress who’s set to tour with Spears this summer, lost her two Billboard nominations for “Best New Artist” and “Top Rap Artist” but still went home looking like a winner.
