Ron Artest On Ryan Cameron Show
Los Angeles Laker Ron Artest was a recent guest on Ryan Cameron’s Atlanta radio show on V103, where the NBA baller discussed changing his name to “Metta World Peace.”
“It’s all about staying positive, it’s all about star power,” Artest a.k.a. Metta World Peace said about his new name. “The whole thing was positive energy driven. I’ve been doing some things and bringing awareness to certain situations, and any chance I get to stay positive and bring awareness to really good situations, it’s like opportunities I can’t pass on.”
Artest also spoke about the possibility of playing basketball in Finland next season, if a NBA lockout were to take place, and his side career as a rapper.
