We knew DMX preaching and taking shots in an airport bar was a very bad sign. Dark Man X has been arrested for a parole violation—he failed multiple drug tests.
DMX caught a sweet plea deal in his tax evasion case, but he still might be heading the to the bing. Dark Man X is looking at up to five years, versus the original possibility of up to 44 years up north, when he is sentenced next year.

DMX is currently on house arrest, which puts a damper on his ability to perform paid gigs. This is his lawyer’s rationale for asking a judge to allow him to travel, which defeats the purpose of house arrest.
How many chances is DMX going to get? The Yonkers rapper was in court today (Aug. 11) and the judge read him the riot for failing four drug tests.
DMX just can’t get right. The Yonkers rapper violated the conditions of his bail for tax evasion by heading out of town and not telling his parole officer.
DMX will be battling Uncle Sam in court. Darkman X has pled not guilty to 14 counts of tax evasion and was released on $500K bond today (July 14).
X needs to pay Uncle Sam, stat. Today (July 13), DMX was indicted on over a dozen tax evasion charges.
