The southern states have been busying spreading the hateful message of the Ku Klux Klan and a couple of police officers in Florida have just been outed as members.

In recent times, the Ku Klux Klan has become emboldened in increasing its recruitment efforts in a series of nationwide campaigns. The latest move from the hate group took place in Atlanta, a city that is predominantly Black.

The Ku Klux Klan has slowly been reestablishing itself in small pockets around the country, with the infamous hate group expanding their recruitment efforts. Along with this new push, the KKK, for the first time, has been training its members in military-style combat for an “upcoming battle” they intend to wage.

In Jacksonville, Fla., a predominately Black high school bearing the name of an early leader of the Ku Klux Klan. Nathan B. Forrest High School will have its name changed in July 2014 after years of challenges from community leaders to get the KKK‘s leader’s name removed from the building.
