Welcome to 2016. An African-American family was reportedly removed from a Charleston, S.C. restaurant after allegedly intimidating a white woman while they waited to be seated.

You ever watch the news and stare at the screen saying “WTF is this” to yourself? Of course you have. But have you ever seen a news anchor do it, while on the news?

It’s funny how suddenly the misinformed and casually racist started rallying around All Lives Matter only after Black Lives Matter (just pretend there is a “too” there) became a movement. Those who have taken up the White Lives Matter aren’t exactly after fair treatment, though—and they have now been deemed a hate group. 

A white sports talk radio producer in Philadelphia just admitted to pretending to be an a longtime angry Black caller on his own show.

A bi-racial family was greeted with a letter from their new neighbors in Wichita, Kansas. The letter told them they were not wanted.

The Department of Justice has released the findings of its 15-month investigation of the Baltimore Police Department and the results are damning, if not surprising. According to the report, Baltimore’s cops showed bias by targeting African-Americans for unconstitutional stops, excessive force and bogus arrests.

Bill O’Reilly is gonna Bill O’Reilly. This time FOX News’ embedded racist bigot basically said slavery wasn’t so bad when commenting on Michelle Obama’s DNC speech. 

Here’s another story to file under Bill O’Reilly is a racist dirtbag who needs to retire. Yesterday (July 26) on The O’Reilly Factor, the rightwing doofus commented on Michelle Obama’s praised DNC speech by saying many different people built The White House, not just slaves—and they were well taken care of, too.

It’s hard out here for a Black man. History has proven that there are a plethora of innocuous activities that our melanin-deficient brothers, and sisters, can go about doing on a daily basis, but thanks to racism, bias and heathens with badges (or even wannabes), can lead to the death of Black people. 

A writer named Ann Votaw wrote an op-ed in the New York Daily News complaining about all the noise in the Dyckman neighborhood (Upper Manhattan). That in itself is no surprise but the thinly veiled racism and privilege displayed in the piece quickly drew the ire of readers, particularly on Twitter. 

Luxury French brand Moncler clearly needs some Black people on their design team. How else can you explain how one of their capsule collections features blatant blackface imagery?
