Maybach Music Group unleashed a few new tracks on the Internets today. A pair of songs called “Poor Decisions” and “God Is Great” will appear on Self Made Vol. 3. The third is the highly anticipated remix of Wale’s hit “Bad,” featuring Rihanna.
Last night’s 20th anniversary Summer Jam was a success, even with Papoose’s successful attempt of Bogarting his way onto the stage. The line up of both old school and mostly new school acts made for a nice party atmosphere with stand out sets from Wu-Tang Clan, 2 Chainz and French Montana.
It’s shaping up to be a MMG summer. French Montana’s Excuse My French ushered in the season, Wale’s up next with The Gifted just weeks away, and last night we discovered that the collective will deliver Self Made Vol. 3 August 6.

Memorial Day weekend is the time when most people kick back and enjoy cookouts, block parties, and other communal excursions. Rappers, on the other hand, do things a bit differently. This year, some of the biggest names in Hip-Hop flocked to three cities in particular for their celebratory festivities: New York City, Las Vegas, and Miami.
Rappers drop new tunes everyday. Because of this, records tend to have a short shelf life on the Internets and can be easily missed. We also understand that trying to consume the amount of music that releases in the course of 24 hours, let alone the entire week, can be a bit flustering.

Famed streetwear line Supreme (and founder James Jebbia) has filed a lawsuit against Leah McSweeney (owner of female streetwear line Married to the Mob) for copyright infringement. McSweeney launched a design called “Supreme B-tch” back in 2004, which leans heavily on Supreme’s logo. Very heavily.
