Man Given Probation For Facebook Threats
A Black Mississippi man has become another casualty of the ever changing legal battlefield in its regard to an ever evolving set of digital laws.
Dyron Hart, 20, of Poplarville was awarded three years of probation after the imbecile thought it was an acceptable idea to pose as a white supremacists upset with the election of President Obama on Facebook.
Net logs captured Hart's IP address which enabled authorities to link him to several bigoted and racially charged e-mails, threatening to murder three Black college students that attended Louisiana's Nicholls State University.
In addition to probation, the 20-year-old will have to complete a racial sensitivity course while performing 150 hours of community service.
In a sworn confession given to FBI agents, Hart admitted that he acted on this marvelously ridiculous gesture to “get a reaction” out of everyone.
