Man Who Killed Son For Molesting Daughter To Plead Insanity
The man who became enraged when his son admitted to molesting his 3-year-old daughter is set to plead not guilty by means of insanity.
As previously reported, Jamar Pinkney Sr. made Jamar Pinkney Jr. strip naked and shot him execution style after hearing about his confession.
Pinkney's lawyer plans to pursue an insanity defense for his client. According to the lawyer, Pinkney became so angry after hearing about the incident that it drove him crazy.
He is set to stand trial on first-degree murder, assault and firearms charges in his son's Nov. 16 death.
Authorities haven't said if they believe the teen inappropriately touched or raped the girl and police have said the matter is not part of their investigation.
Another plea of insanity? SMH…insanity can't save everyone guys.
To be fair, some people might think he has a leg to stand on. Would we be so critical of him if the boy was not his son?
