Gangsta Boo Answers Robbery Charge

Gangsta Boo was arrested by Memphis police Tuesday after turning herself in for armed robbery. The arrest of the ex-member of Three Six Mafia is in connection with the heist of a local dollar store.

Boo, real name, Lola Mitchell is tied to the main suspect in the crime, 28-year-old Marcus Curtis. According to police, Marcus Curtis stormed into a Dollar General store on July 28 armed with a gun and forced employees to give him bags of the store's money. He is currently in jail under $100,000 bond.

Memphis police will give not exact details on Gangsta Boo's involvement but say she played a key role.  She was released on a $100,000 bond and faces a charge of conspiracy to commit the crime of armed robbery.

Gangsta Boo has taken to her Twitter page @TheGangstaBoo to proclaim her innocence. She tweeted about the situation saying,

"I AM WITH THE HOTTEST PRODUCER IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW AND KNOWN FOR BREAKING A NICCA POCKET WTF I LOOK ROBBING A DAMN STORE!? HAHAHAHA....WHAT INNOCENT PERSON IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WONT TURN THEM SELVES IN DAMN FOOLS.LOL."

She is expected to make a statement at a press conference later today.
