Aftershock: 6.1 Earthquake Hits Haiti
Just 8 days after a 7.0 earthquake rocked Haiti, another earthquake struck the island this morning.
A 6.1 earthquake hit Haiti around 6 a.m. causing shaking and widespread terror as people ran screaming into the streets.
No official word on any new injuries or building collapses have been reported as of yet.
The quake was an aftershock to last week’s earthquake and centered 35 miles from the capital of Port-au-Prince.
