Man Kills Baby With Drano

A Philadelphia man is in police custody after they say he used Drano to kill a 20-month old baby boy he was watching.

Police report that 33-year-old Aaron Pace killed the boy Feb.2 by putting the highly acidic product on a rag and rubbing it into the baby's skin.

He was bothered that the baby was being “uncooperative” and crying but lied to the boy's family saying that he mysteriously got hurt while he gave him a bath.

The boy suffered from second degree burns before dying in the hospital Sunday from his injuries.

Pace often referred to himself as the boy's godfather.
