Walmart Stores Selling Black Barbies For Less Than White Barbies

POLITICS

People are growing concerned with popular super store, Walmart after pictures posted to a website showed Black Barbie dolls being sold for significantly less than their white counterparts.

The pictures first appeared on popular Latino website Guanbee.com and show Mattel's Ballerina Barbie and Ballerina Theresa dolls.
The dolls are completely alike except for their skin color.

The white dolls are marked $5.93 while the Black dolls are on sale for $3.00.

A spokesman for Walmart has since reported that the markdown was simply an attempt to clear store inventory to make room for Mattel's new spring items.

What do you think?

Racism or are the Black dolls just not selling?

Thoughts?

I think pricing is being tailored to sales...we can't make.a judgement based on skin alone! You may go to a clothing store...same sweater diff color, the one that doesn't sale as well gets marked cheaper. Perhaps the black dolls aren't selling as well..The real question is who's fault is that?

Of course the race baiters are going to jump to conclusions; what better way to push their agenda? If merchandise is not selling, the store puts it on sale to move it. But, that reason has no sizzle; hence the cries of racism. That's the new Obama Amerika; everything is skin color, don't ya know?
