Former NBA Player Arrested For Hiding Marijuana In Buttocks

A former NBA player for the Utah Jazz was arrested in Salt Lake County after police pulled him over and discovered he had several bags of marijuana hidden in his buttocks.

27-year-old Robert Whaley was a passenger in a vehicle Thursday when police stopped the car around 4:30 a.m

When police asked him to identify himself, he gave a fake name and alias but was recognized by police.
After discovering that he had a warrant out for his arrest for probation violation, police appreheneded him and searched him, discovering several small bags of marijuana tucked in between his buttocks.

He was taken to jail and held on $10,000 bond.

    Marijuana use itself is not that bad, it's the marijuana laws that are the problem. If someone chooses to consume marijuana, they should do it responsibly. The first step toward re-education on marijuana is getting people to realize what the current laws are.
