Man Arrested For Licking, Exposing Himself To 4-Year-Old

An El Paso, Texas man is in police custody after authorities say he followed a 4-year-old girl into a restroom and “licked her” before pulling down his pants and exposing himself.

54-year-old Marcellous Asher was arrested after employees at a Wells Fargo building alerted authorities of the incident.

Police say Asher, who is homeless, licked the child's face before he exposed himself and “shook his body” at her.

He has since been charged with felony indecency with a child.

    Now this one story sets my temper ablaze this sick perverted ***** followed a 4 year old into a public restroom and licked her face and exposed himself to a 4 year old! Jail is too good for this monster he needs to be done Hood Style my old neighborhood he would be beat,stabbed,pistol whipped,burnt with irons and ran over by a car!

    Why is a 4 year old going to a public wash room without supervision? We know crazy people are out waiting for the opportunities to do this so why are parents not watching their children more?? Hopefully for her as she gets older this memory fades away. And I hope its a lesson for the parents watch your children!!!

    This story scares me because I am a mother to a son who is at that age where he wants to start going to the men's bathroom when were out in publlic and I'm in law enforcement so I'm aware of the sick things men do in public restrooms. I allowed my son to go in the mens restroom but I stand by the door the entire time and every few seconds I say "Hey you alright in there" I know I can't do that forever but I won't feel comfortable with him going into the men's bathroom until he's big enough to defend himself if some molester or sicko is in the urinal next to him and tries him in any way.

    Why would someone let their four-year-old go to the bathroom by themselves?!! It's so many crazies out there. I have a seven- and a five-year-old and they are ALWAYS escorted by an adult to the restroom. This story is so sad. Children are defenseless souls who need to be protected at all times.

    It's horrible what happened to this little girl, but it might not have happened if she was properly supervised in that public restroom. Let this be a lesson to all parents/caregivers- never take for granted that danger can lurk anywhere. Don't take for granted that if you are indoors, bathrooms are safe. Most people would reasonably say that it's not safe for young kids to go to the bathroom alone, b/c there are so many hard surfaces, a child can easily slip, fall, and seriously hurt themselves. This sicko needs to be put away, don't allow him to plead out. I'm sure he'll recieve his real justice behind bars.

    As stated above, why would she allow her 4 year old to go to the bathroom alone. My son is 6, I still do not allow him to go into the men restroom alone.

    Jail isn't enought for that sicko psycho. That rascal perv needs to be hanged in public. I wish the girl will not have a memory of the incident. Its an eye opener to all those parents who dont escort their kids to restrooms

    That old azz SOb needs his azz whipped black hood style, and that parents were wrong letting that lil girl go in there alone.. but this ole pervert needs to be put under the jail, exposing his dried up azz pecker to a child.. ole sick white azz pervert.. put the child molestors under the jail and start eith all those 90% white men who show up on "To catch a predator'!

    This is something that could have been prevented. I blame the parents. Who let's their 4 yr old go to the restroom by themselves? My son is five and I will NOT let him go into the mens restroom. Not sure when I will. I'm to scared.
