  I'm not knockin your opinion but I think it may be too soon to judge her beauty just yet. Around her age is a difficult growing time "awkward phase". It's when your body is doing some major trasitioning...arms long but body not caught up...features trying to sort theirself out. Some people can look downright ugly at this time. So just give her a lil more time. And even after the preteen time some people go through acne. So I'd say at a solid 18 well know.
