Man Found Crucified In South Korea
Body Found Nailed To Wooden Cross
In what seems to be a twisted reenactment of the Christianity’s crucifixion scene, authorities discovered the body of a man wearing only underwear, nailed to a wooden cross at a discarded rock quarry in South Korea, according to reports.
The man, who also had a crown of thorns placed on his head, additionally suffered from a puncture wound in his side and had nylon string tied around his neck, arms and stomach.
The strange scene was discovered Sunday (May 8), according to authorities. Two smaller crosses flanked the larger cross.
Authorities later located the deceased man’s vehicle nearby. The also located a tent with tools and instructions on how to build a cross.
Police are awaiting forensic reports to determine the time and exact cause of death.
