All it took was $3.3 billion for Len Blavatnik to snatch up Warner Music Group. The Russian billionaire might just take over EMI and combine the two companies.
WMG will become a privately held company and its stock will no longer be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

Blavatnik, the world's 80th wealthiest person runs Access Industries and his reported worth is around $10.1 billion.
