Rick Ross & MMG On The Response To "2Pac's Back"

In a recent MTV interview with Rick Ross and Maybach Music Group, Rozay and Co. spoke on the response to their new song "2pac Back."

The song, which is a tribute to Hip-Hop legend, Tupac Shakur, is featured on MMG's upcoming Self Made album.

"Tupac was such a huge influence on the musical level, as well as outside of music," Ross said.

"It's been 15, 16 years since he died," Wale added. "That means if you're 20, you don't connect for real unless you do your history."

"When we put the record out, I was surprised at how many people were asking, 'Who is 2pac?'," Ross said.
