Game Appears On CNN To Apologizes For Twitter Prank

Game, who was under investigation by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for an alleged Twitter prank, appeared on CNN yesterday to explain the situation and offer an apology.

The L.A. sheriff's department was flooded with calls from Game's Twitter followers, after a tweet containing a phone number that was supposed to direct fans to information concerning an internship was actually the number to the L.A. police station.

“It was a simple mishap,” Game explained. “I was doing a photo shoot, and it was downtown Los Angeles, and one of my boys picked up my phone and started tweeting random numbers.”

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department were looking to pursue criminal charges against Game, but has since decided to drop the case.
