Is Iggy Azalea Signing to Def Jam?

Just before Christmas, we spoke with Australian MC Iggy Azalea about her nomination for XXL's 2012 Freshmen Class. During our conversation, she mentioned signing her deal towards the top of 2012. In a report by XXL, it sounds as though Azalea will be headed to Hip-Hop's Mecca, Def Jam. Here's her tweet from last night's dinner, which followed a tweet from Def Jam VP and Akon's brother, Bu Thiam.

It sounds like Azalea is on her way to becoming the newest recruit within the hallowed halls of Def Jam. This would be a great start to the new year for Azalea, who mentioned a tour and album as some things to come at the top of this new year.
