It didn’t take very long, but Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson successfully got his dirty threesome flick removed from the Internet, TMZ reports. Two websites took the film down after receiving cease and desist letters from the 34-year-old’s lawyer.

Sources with knowledge of the situation, revealed that the letter pointed out that the sites had no legal right to the footage, which was removed yesterday. Johnson’s legal counsel will take on other websites for posting stills from his video performance. They also plan to take legal actions against those who refuse to comply with their demands.

As previously reported, one of the women in the film has been identified as video model, Theresa “Wankaego” Runyon.

In addition to dealing with this latest blunder, Johnson is still running a campaign to win back his ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada. Aside from getting her image tattooed on his body, the former Miami Dolphins player has been vocal about his undying love for the Basketball Wives star using Twitter to express his feelings, claims that they’re living together, and tweeted that his “401k and dental insurance,” won her over.

Johnson was arrested over the summer for allegedly head-butting Lozada after an argument erupted over his fidelity. He was ordered to stay away from the New York native, a ruling that has since been lifted.
