In Hip-Hop, it’s a gamble for an artist to create a sequel to the project that first gained them notoriety. Young Thug is clearly up to the task, as he returns with 1017 Thug 2.
The mixtape comes courtesy of Gucci Mane’s 1017 Brick Squad label and it features 10 records by the Atlanta native. This includes the intro, “1017 Lifestyle,” which is not to be confused with Thugga’s similarly titled collab with Rich Homie Quan, “Lifestyle.”
Features are limited to Quavo of Migos and MPA Wicced.
