The trial for Cory “C-Murder” Miller is almost over. A jury found him guilty of killing of 16-year old Steve Thomas at a night club in January of 2002 but a judge sent the jurors back to deliberate after one juror gave a “questionable vote.”

The Associated Press reports that the juror gave their vote to end deliberations. The judge asked the juror to consider whether their vote was in good faith and until then the guilty verdict is not valid. The jury voted 10-2 in favor of the verdict.

If the verdict remains the same, C-Murder is set to receive life in prison.
