It’s not a “Lovely Day” for Kendrick Lamar. Bill Withers’ publishing group is suing Lamar and his recording home Top Dawg Entertainment for sampling his 1975 song “Don’t Want You To Stay” for 2009’s “I Do This.”

For the first time since a nearly fatal overdose last October, Lamar Odom shared an update on his goals for the future. Entertainment Tonight caught up with the 36-year-old former NBA player at the Staples Center following Kobe Bryant’s final game Wednesday (April 13) night.
