Lil Wayne Armed Forces References
When B.G. stated, “Cash Money is an Army, better yet a Navy” on the track “Cash Money is an Army,” in 1999, we’re thinking Lil Wayne missed the memo that he was speaking figuratively.
Since then, we’ve heard enough armed forces talk in Wayne’s rhymes to make Sergeant Slaughter blush. If we didn’t know any better, we’d think Birdman Jr. had been through basic training and served a couple of tours in Iraq.
Here are 10 of Lieutenant Weezy F. Baby’s most memorable references to the Armed Forces. Salute to the real soldiers.
“Army Gunz”
“Got beef homie I was just getting hungry, when you come b-tch you better bring an Army.”
“I’m Blooded”
“I’m gonna shine, I live where the light at. Air Force fly, call me a night jet.”
“Fly In”
