Three well respected, veteran MCs in the game–Detroit’s Royce Da 5’9″, VA’s Skillz & the Bronx’s Diamond D–connect for a song called “One For The Money.” Spry horns get chopped and laid over some sharp drums for the assembled rappers to get busy to.

The D-Squared beat is cool and all, but we’d be lying if we said were weren’t imagining a Diamond D remix. “One For The Money” will be appearing on a forthcoming compilation album called Unearthed, which is being released by Coalmine Records. Due out in early 2013, the project will feature appearances on the mic from Pharoahe Monch, Blu, Large Professor and Sean Price, among others, and beats from Nottz, !llmind and Khrysis, to name a few
