Remember last month when Snoop Dogg got caught at the Kjevic Airport in Kristiansand, Norway this past June with eight grams of weed? Since the “Deep Cover” rapper was nabbed with less than 15 ounces of the herb, he just had to pay a fine of 15,000 krone (about $1,980 US dollars), which he did and went about his business. But now Snoop has been banned from the country for two years for his transgression, reports TMZ.

According to Snoop’s attorney, the rapper “can live with the situation” and doesn’t plan to appeal. One international local the man born Calvin Broadus isn’t banned is Jamaica. A recent trip to the island inspired the Long Beach, CA native to dabble in reggae, with plans to drop a full album called Reincarnation.

All this means that Norwegians won’t get to see Snoop Lion in person for a couple of years. The horror.
