Willow Smith is going through the motions. The tween star is known to make some interesting moves (like allegedly getting a “tongue ring”), and her latest feat involves Tupac Amaru Shakur.
Smith penned a letter to Pac telling him that she is well aware that he’s still alive—and not in hologram form. The youngster made the proclamation and posted a photo of the letter on Instagram.
Dear Tupac, I know you are alive some place. I think that my mommy really misses you. Can you please come back so mommy and me can be happy! I wish you were here… I really do!” – Love, Willow
Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow’s mom, went to school with the late rapper in Baltimore. They grew to be close friends. When asked of their relationship the actress said that she and Pac had a “platonic romance,” since they had feelings for one another, but never acted on them.
Pac died before she was born, but 11-year-old Smith has named him as her favorite rapper. She may be a little too young be listening to some of the rhymes spit by the West Coast staple, but apparently her parents are cool with it.
Of course we all know Pac isn’t still alive, but nice of Smith to try and get us to believe otherwise.
