Despite his newest campaign centering around the life and times of Tinseltown, Wiz Khalifa is always right at home in New York City. Especially when he’s dining at The Breakfast Club with DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne tha God.

Monday’s BFC visit actually marked the second time the rolling stoner has been sitting at the radio roundtable in 2014. Lat time out, he was promoting his appetizer mixtape 28 Grams and clearing up speculation about a recent arrest, but this time it’s the whole enchilada. His fifth studio album in Blacc Hollywood hit stores on Tuesday and there is plenty more to talk about.

When you’re as cool, calm and collectively chill as Wiz (anyone who smokes as much outta be), the air is crystal clear for conversation.

Check out the new info from the “rolling stoner” down below.

Commander-In-Chief

No one will accuse anyone of making Wiz’s latest album of sound a particular way. He executive produced the project himself.

The New Classic?

Wiz stated that he modeled Blacc Hollywood after classic Michael Jackson and Prince albums. While Spin obviously doesn’t agree, the tatted star clarifies himself saying he’s “aiming it towards making hits and being big” for the people’s respect.

#1 Team Player

While Mac Miller separated himself from the homegrown Pittsburgh Rostrum Records for whatever reason, Wiz is extremely comfortable where he’s at. When asked if he felt that he had “outgrown” the independent label, Wiz expressed that he was right where he needed to be with his current situation.

Good Influences

Jeezy and Wiz don’t exactly come from the same rap stratosphere but Wiz confidently claims that both of them headlining the Under the Influence of Music Tour is bringing nothing but good vibes. The crowd as attracted everyone from the prissy Black chicks to the beer-chugging blue-collar to the youthful Hip-Hop audiences.

Never Truly Hollywood

The name of his new album isn’t about glorifying the bourgeois side of things. As Wiz puts it, “[Blacc Hollywood] is embracing who you are creatively, you own ideas and your path.”

Tyga Convo Goes Public

Wiz and Tyga’s relationship was threatened when the Young Money artist abruptly dropped out of the aforementioned tour without first disclosing the info to Wiz. Being the brutally honest individual he is, the Taylor Gang leader went into detail about their private convo, letting Tyga know that he has his phone number and there is never any reason for him to get second-hand information.

He’s Business…Mannn

Don’t let the weed scent fool you. Wiz is always on the hunt for new talent to boost his record label. He even wouldn’t even reveal the names of the artists he’s eyeing out fear someone else may try to beat him to the puch.

Fatherhood Gold

Wiz says he never yells at son Sebastian although he may get a little stern. He’s also looking forward to his “terrible twos” because he’ll be old enough to travel on the road with him.

Another Semester Of Smoking

The sequel to 2012’s stoner comedy Mac & Devin Go to High School will begin filming in September because that’s when Wiz can start.

Spousal Support

Amber has flown under the radar as far as the entertainment arts have been concerned and as she figures out which avenue she wants to tackle, Wiz isn’t giving her any pressure about it. Don’t expect her to drop an album anytime soon, either.

Call Him A Weed Rapper If You Please

Not too many marijuana-influenced Hip-Hoppers actually adopt the “weed rapper” image but Wiz is damn proud of his image. He actually had a sack on his person during the interview. Take that, Mr. District Attorney.
